First-time author Melanie Bynum Jackson shares her personal journey of uncovering another dimension of herself with the world through her new book, The Wonder. In this new book released Spring 2011, Melanie introduces readers to Meesha, a young diva who has to weather her religious and family demons in order to find the calm seas of love that seem to always elude her.
In this up-close and engaging interview, she weighs the delicate balance of her life through her roles as wife, mother, friend, co-worker, volunteer, and author. Melanie’s conversation with Robin took place on the campus of PARK – Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids in Little Rock, Arkansas where Melanie serves as the community outreach coordinator and provides positive guidance and strong hope to teens.
